Terms of Use

1. About Hizz

Hizz is a training app for coaches, gyms and their athletes, run by Muratcan Durduoğlu (a private person based in Türkiye; a company will take over before paid plans start). Contact: hello@hizz.app.

Independent training app. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 16 or older.
• Use your own email address and keep access to it private: anyone with access to your email can log in as you.
• One person per account.

3. Train safely

Exercise involves risk of injury. Hizz only shows and records workouts; it does not give medical advice. Coaches are responsible for the workouts they program; athletes are responsible for training within their own limits. If you have a health condition, injury or doubt, speak to a doctor before training. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell.

4. Coaches and gym owners

• A “gym” in Hizz can also be a coach's own team (freelance or online coaching). These terms apply the same way to both.
• Only invite people who want to join, and keep invite links private.
• You're responsible for the workouts, notes and names you add.
• Your athletes' results are their training history. They stay in their history even if you delete a workout.

5. Fair use

Don't:

• try to access other people's or other gyms' data, or break the app's security;
• post anything illegal, abusive, or someone else's private information;
• enter fake results to cheat a leaderboard;
• copy, resell or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, telling you why where we can.

6. Your content

What you enter (workouts, results, notes) stays yours. You let us store and show it to the people described in the Privacy Policy, only to run Hizz.

7. Price and pilot

Hizz is currently free while we test it with a small group of coaches. Before paid plans start, we'll tell coaches the prices in advance; nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Hizz running and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or have mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for injuries from training. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law, including as a consumer.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Hizz at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@hizz.app.

10. Changes and law

If we change these terms in an important way, we'll ask you to agree again in the app. These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer laws.
